terms:
All domestic orders are on credit card terms. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

shipping:
Shipping charges are based on the value of the item(s) being shipped. Claudia Endler Designs ships all domestic orders under $200 via US Postal service delivery confirmation, orders over $200 via Overnight Express Mail through the post office or UPS Overnight

delivery:
Claudia Endler Designs creates each piece individually to order and requires a 2-4 week turn
around time unless otherwise specified. Upon shipment, we will email you with a tracking number

custom orders:
All custom orders using client's stones must be insured by the client for their worth. Custom orders
may require a longer turn around time depending on the piece.

packaging:
All orders are beautifully gift wrapped in black pouches or CED custom designed boxes. Your order is
then packaged in protective boxes for shipping.

international orders:

Orders will be shipped insured with documentation for customs. Shipping charges vary in
these cases. Additional tariffs or duties may apply on the recipient's end when
the shipment goes through customs. These fees vary with each country and are the
sole responsibility of the client.
