In Good Company

Thank You for Coming

Thank you to everyone who came to the studio event on the 24th! I was especially touched that longtime jewelry friends flew in from the Bay Area, while others came from across town—and even across the street.

I always love feeling your energy and seeing your smiling faces. It was wonderful to see so many of you find something to take home and enjoy.

Coming Up: Brewery Artwalk | November 7–8

I look forward to seeing more familiar faces and making new friends at the upcoming Brewery Artwalk, November 7–8, from 11am to 6pm. Tickets for this event $5 for adults. Local residents and children under 17 are free.

My friend and fellow jewelry artist Tigre Sheets, will be showing her work with mine at the Artwalk. It is a fun event with open studios of over 100 artists.

612B Moulton Gallery

This fall, we have something new: the Brewery Art Gallery at 612B Moulton. Featuring work by participating artists, the gallery offers a wonderful introduction to the creativity found throughout the Brewery. It also gives newcomers a taste of what awaits in the individual studios.

I hope you’ll come by and explore.

Going Bold… Wedding Set Redesign

My client came to me wanting a bold look. We reset the diamond, using a wider bezel and two side bands to give the center stone greater prominence. The contrast between the bezel’s high polish and the sandpaper finish adds depth and dimension, making the diamond appear larger.

This is a wide ring stack, and as with all my designs, each element is considered in relation to the client’s finger. When working with minimal forms, precision is everything. Every detail matters. There is nowhere to hide.

Hope to see you this weekend!
